Shipping policy

Orders usually ship within 24-36 hours during business days if all items in the order are available, some items may need more time. If items are backordered, a follow-up email will be sent to you with an estimated time of delivery. Rotisserie BBQS ships large freight items within Canada and the Continental United States only ; standard shipping rates apply unless specified. Smaller items maybe shipped in other states than continental USA. Orders / deliveries to select remote locations will need to be placed through Customer Support where shipping rates will be provided prior to order confirmation/completion. Deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address or rural route number with postal/zip code. Deliveries to rural/ remote areas and the Territories might require additional shipping charges. If the shipping address is different from the delivery address or address is a P.O box we may require proof of credit card info and Identification for security purposes of the rightful owner of credit card. If you are not home to accept delivery, a delivery notification card with further details will be issued. In some cases, smaller shipments made by courier may be left at your door, we assume no responsibility for lost items. Standard shipping is the default shipping method for most items over 29 kgs. Shipping times: Shipping estimated times are business days, weekends do not count as days in transit. 
Shipments that are over 29 kgs will be delivered to the curb, or more typically at the driveway. Usually the carrier will contact you prior to delivery to set up an appointment and someone 18 years of age or older with a valid ID must be present to sign at time of delivery.
Please DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PRODUCT BEFORE INSPECTION and make sure you take photos to later determine damage .
Please contact our Customer Support to inform them that you have refused delivery. However if you have already accepted the package, please contact our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery to determine cause of damage and liability to carrier if any.
Some geographic service restrictions apply. In certain remote locations, delivery will be made to the courier’s closest Pick-Up Centre from the shipment destination.
Free Shipping* (if offered)
Free shipping is available on select products where indicated. Items purchased online that do not qualify for free shipping are subject to standard shipping charges. All qualifying purchases will receive standard ground shipping and are subject to Rotisserie Bbqs Inc standard shipping restrictions. Free shipping is available for delivery within the Canada/Continental United States only,
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number and the shipping carrier’s website will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email, if available. Please note that after your order has been shipped, it may take 24 to 48 hours for the courier to update its tracking information.
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact Customer Support as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Some standard shipping terms and conditions may apply to Free shipping* policy. 

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Although we try to have all items without any scratches sometimes they are unavoidable. Minor scratches are considered to be normal. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if applicable.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original (initial) shipping to you from us will be deducted from your refund including any parts covered under warranty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service and must be emailed to us so we can trace the item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

If applicable manufacturer or us (Rotisserie Bbqs Inc) warrant products under
normal residential use and conditions (unless otherwise indicated), for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping
and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer or us agree, at its or our option during the
warranty period, to repair parts or supply new parts without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing,
return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is
subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase on original dated sales receipt. Labor costs to replace or repair any parts are not covered by this warranty and are the customers responsibility. Although we try to have all items without any scratches sometimes they are unavoidable. Minor scratches, blemishes or minor imperfections are considered to be normal.
