Commercial Wood / Charcoal Rotisserie system has all the wants and needs with superb quality for any restaurant or catering business. It can accommodate 36 to 42 chickens (small also available for 18-24 chickens) , or many different cuts of meat like in a Brazilian style restaurant. Made from 430 grade stainless steel has it is enclosed with an outlet of 14 in (35 cm) round opening at the top where it can be exhausted. The front has a tempered glass door which slides up for unobstructed access to the rotisserie. Inside there are 3 x 40 watt lamps for better visibility. These units are CE certified and designed to be used outdoor or indoor with proper ventilation (check with local municipality for exhaust and other technical inspection requirements). The gear drive system equipped with a 220v/60 watt heavy duty motor ( converted to 110v so it can be used with a standard outlet) makes the spit loading and unloading a breeze. It comes with 6 spits and and 40 forks to hold the chickens or meat secure. Below the rotisserie is the pan, which will collect all drippings and can also be filled with water to keep chicken moist. Behind the rotisserie is the charcoal or wood fire box lined with firebrick which makes it more durable but also retains heat for less charcoal consumption. The fire box can be easily loaded from the side door. Below is the cabinet with doors for storage and with casters and at 440 kgs it easier to maneuver. Overall Dimensions 63″ L x 41″ W x 76″H. Optional baskets for opened chickens or other meats available.
