Commercial Charcoal  Rotisserie system has all the wants and needs with superb quality for any restaurant or catering .It can accommodate whole pigs, lambs, chickens, or many different cuts of meat. Made from stainless steel it incorporates a lower cabinet with 3 hinged doors , a hood and its enclosed in tempered glass. These units are designed to be used outdoor and indoors with proper ventilation (check with local municipality for exhaust requirements). The gear drive system makes the spit loading and unloading a breeze. It comes with 6 spits and there are 2 gear drives that will turn up to 5 spits each axis. 4 Spits are square 5/8″, 2 x 3/8″ and come with 4 forks in total (other accessories also available).Each heavy duty motor is controlled by its own switch. Bottom of charcoal pan is lined with firebrick witch makes it more durable but also retains heat for less charcoal consumption.. Overall Dimensions  70″ L x 31″ W x 78″H
