In a bowl prepare olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cumin , oregano, chilly pepper and smoked paprika to taste.
Apply mix generously on everything.
Next put chicken on the spit and tie all chicken legs and wings with butcher string throughout and tie end of the string to the forks on the ends. (If req)
Place spit and meat on rotisserie bbq and turn on the switch.
In another bowl prepare the same mix without the paprika. Apply mix every 20 minutes.
