Made from 304 grade stainless steel has its own hood and its enclosed in tempered glass. These units are designed to be used outdoor or indoors with proper ventilation (check with local municipality for exhaust and other requirements, unit is CE certified). The gear drive system makes the spit loading and unloading a breeze. It comes with 8 spits and there are 2 gear drives that will turn up to 10 spits each axis. Spits are square 5/8″ and come with 4 forks in total (other accessories also available).Each heavy duty motor is controlled by its own switch and built in lights. Bottom of charcoal pan is lined with firebrick which makes it more durable but also retains heat for less charcoal consumption. Comes with casters and at 330 kgs its still easy to maneuver.
