Our custom made to order and size multi rotisserie has everything you’d ever want in a nice package. It consists of up to eight small skewers for smaller cuts of meat like souvlaki, kebab, gyro slices, picanha, vegetables etc. On top a large skewer can turn a whole lamb, pig, chickens etc. with ease. Also two removable grills can accommodate anything else that you don’t want on the rotisserie. The middle grill support is removable for clearance in case that you want to have the large spit lower. These are made to order, therefore we’ll make it to your requirements to fit your space (lead time up to 3 weeks). If you have no base we can build that for you also. Models pictured may differ as they are all made to order. Please enquire with us.
Loads should be balanced as best as possible for the longevity of the motor. The pig/lamb or other load should be on the center of rotation. Rest the spit on the BBQ (without being connect to the motor), the spit will turn with the heaviest side on the bottom.To offset this you may use a counter weight on the opposite side (top) or readjust your load.
